Neighborhood Watch: Essex/Middle River
1st Degree Burglary: A man who lives in the unit block of Eddystone Place reported to police that 10 black male suspects entered his apartment at 2:18 a.m. on May 9, assaulted him with shaving cream and took his cell phone. The suspects entered the apartment by shattering a window.
