Mayor of Baltimore Stephanie Rawlings-Blake proclaimed September 19, 2010 “Frank Zappa Day” in Baltimore and then joined Dr. Carla Hayden (CEO Enoch Pratt Free Library) and various dignitaries, including the Zappa family, in unveiling the Frank Zappa Statue on “Frank Zappa Way” at the corner of Conkling and Eastern Avenue outside the Pratt’s Southeast Anchor Library.
