Looking for 1940’s footage from WMAR-TV. Really want a commercial for National Airlines. My grandma is the woman in the commercial. She passed when I was only 2 years old. I do not remember her. I would really love to hear her voice and see her animated.
I would also love to surprise my mama with a DVD of the commercial.
    Thank you, Angela

Charles E. Sauerwald was my grandfather. Eddie Wald and his band played at the Club Charles in Baltimore and the Gayety Theater. My mother, now deceased also, told me that sometimes he would have them all get together at their house down at his shore home. And as children, they loved it with all the costumes and make-up ! People have told me that they have seen my grandfather and his band on TV a few times. I missed it ! Is there really anything, movies, documentaries or pictures out there ? I would really love to know and see for myself. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

I was wondering if there is anyway copies of a late night dance show from the 80’s called “Shake Down” exist and if so is there anyway I could purchase them. My husband was in that show when we were kids. Well he was killed in the line of duty. I had VHS copies I taped from back then but the tape I had the shows on broke. If there is anyway someone can help me I will be quite grateful. Thank You.

  6. I have one episode on tape I need to put online, I think it was from 91 or so. I wish you had the broken tape, I could have fixed. Very sorry about your husband. I won’t have a chance to look for my copy until later in July. Thanks for visiting our site. Scott
